A lemon juicer is a kitchen utensil that can be manual or electric. If juicing lemons is something you will do on a regular basis then an electric lemon juicer will most likely come in very handy. A manual citrus juicer is a handy little appliance to have in your kitchen. They are usually cheaper and way easier to clean than electric juicers. Even though you have to do a little work to make the juice come out manual juicers are surprisingly easy to use. These types of juicers are perfect when you just need some lemon or lime juice for your recipe. But they are not just great for citrus. Many people also use manual juicers to squeeze out wheatgrass to put into their health drink.
